Centering on the world of "Miyajima at Low Tide" from the series *One Hundred Famous Views of the Provinces*, the composition features the Itsukushima Shrine and the Grand Torii Gate at low tide in the foreground, with the modern cityscape of Charlotte in the background. Charlotte and Hiroshima both share an indomitable spirit. This piece fuses the resilience of both cities, which have overcome harsh histories, with the dynamic energy of the basketball court, all within the solemn landscape of Aki Miyajima.

Named "UKY-E" (UNBOUND KNOTTING YORE - EDITORIAL), this collection embodies the geographical and historical connections between cities in Japan and the United States. Much like Ukiyo-e prints are composed of layers—sketches, woodblocks, and color—these works superimpose historically authentic Ukiyo-e prints from across Japan with actual photography of corresponding American landmarks, expressing a world line that transcends time and space. Produced in collaboration with Tokyo-based mounting artisan Taishin Sagawa, the *kakejiku* (hanging scrolls) feature fabrics and textures in the mounting that symbolize the team’s colors.
