Note: For international orders, the shipping cost displayed at checkout includes the EMS freight and a flat handling fee of 1,500 JPY.

Note: For international orders, all customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees incurred during customs clearance in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer (recipient). Please keep this in mind before placing your order.

We do not accept returns (refunds) or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience, such as ordering the wrong size, the item not matching your expectations, or placing an incorrect order. Additionally, we cannot accept any cancellations or order modifications once the order is confirmed. Please carefully review the product details before making a purchase.

We take the utmost care to ensure product quality; however, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact our support team (support@njba.jp) within 7 days of receiving your order.
Upon verifying the issue, we will arrange for an exchange with the same product. A refund will only be provided if the item is out of stock and a replacement cannot be provided.

Detailed measurements (such as length and chest width) and a size guide are available on each product page. We recommend comparing these measurements with an item of clothing you already own.
