If a product is initially defective, differs from the order, or is short in quantity, the Customer should contact the Company, preferably within seven (7) days after delivery, and provide the order number and photographs or other materials showing the condition and issue. However, neither the expiration of this period nor the Customer’s inability to provide photographs or other materials shall, by itself, limit any rights or remedies available to the Customer under applicable law.
  7. If a lack of conformity with the sales contract is confirmed in relation to any of the issues described in the preceding paragraph, the Company will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law, which may include exchange, repair, provision of a replacement product, reduction of the purchase price, return and refund, or other applicable remedies.
